GRIEVANCE

Employees, Clients, Customers, Stakeholders can use the Grievances and Whistle-Blowing Policy.
 

We encourage ALL to raise concerns and disclose information about a suspicion or knowledge of a wrongdoing which may include but not limited to:
 

1) Financial malpractice, impropriety or fraud, bribery, corruption and solicitation.
2) Failure to comply with a legal obligation or applicable laws.

3) Environmental Issues
3) Human rights abuses
4) Criminal activity
5) Unethical behavior or Misconduct
6) Attempts to conceal any Violations, Anti-Money Laundering, Counter Financing of Terrorism
7) Falsification of documents or fraudulent suppliers
 

The reporting person may complete the form below and submit it. You may also E-Mail your grievance to Brian@bwnvest.com with supporting documents.


If the reporting individual chooses to disclose their identity, B.W NVest guarantees confidentiality of that identity and ensures that any personal data collected through the report is processed fairly and lawfully for the sole purpose of identifying and investigating allegations of illegal activities or non-compliances. B.W NVest also assures that the reporting individual will not face prejudice or reprimand and will not tolerate any form of retaliation against someone who raises a concern. For B.W NVest employees, the Managing Director will properly instruct and supervise measures against employee retaliation. All reports will be acknowledged, recorded, and investigated promptly, provided that the report is made in good faith. Where possible, the reporting individual will receive updates on the progress of the investigation, including information about to whom the complaint is referred, the timeline, and the outcome of the investigation.


B.W NVest shall conduct periodic audits of the Grievances and Whistleblowing mechanism. The review shall include records of the number, type, and outcome of complaints, along with any necessary corrective actions taken.
