2. BWNVEST (SL) Limited is an official business in Sierra Leone! Much thanks and gratitude to Mr.Yada Williams our local attorney who has been helping with this process. More steps to follow, however we are getting closer to a full operation.

3. We are now investing in operations running out of Uganda. We are excited to see where this journey will take us.

4. B.W NVest has pulled away from Tanzania. We will not be opening any business nor doing transactions.

We are pleased to announce that we have joined in a Joint Venture agreement with QGD out of Dubai. We feel teaming up with QGD will allow both sides to fulfill their max potential in Diamonds and Gold Trades. We are excited to have teamed up with another American who sees business in the same eyes as B.W NVest.

We are grateful for the opportunity to work with Blackswan in finalizing the Mainland company in Dubai. This company will hold the Gold Trading Licenses along with importing license. We are looking at company setup by September 2025.
